Today, joined by MLA Delbert Kirsch, I met with Arnold Balicki at his farm north of Shellbrook. Arnold is a member of the Board of Directors of the Saskatchewan Cattlemen’s Association. We discussed challenges, changes, and possible opportunities for our province’s cattle producers and their industry.
